Born in Barcelona, Castignani holds a degree on architecture by the University of Barcelona and a degree on Art by Escola d’Arts i Oficis de Barcelona school of art. Throughout his life, his art works have been selected by the most prestigious etching exhibitions, both national and internationally (Japan, Germany, Argentina, Poland, Brazil, Canada, Egypt or Italy), from those we would like to highlight the 3rd International Small Engraving exhibit of Cremona in Italy or the 4th Egyptian International Print Triennale of Cairo in Egypt. You can see his works regularly in exhibits in Barcelona and Madrid.
